FAQs
Yes. I accept orders worldwide.
I have been granted with an import license from the Australian Department of Agriculture. Having such a license allows for the import of breastmilk through Australia's border security.
Please ensure you have read and follow instructions prior to sending the breastmilk to prevent any issues when entering the country.
The full list of of recommendations and forms can be found on the FAQ page https://ginajonescreations.com.au/pages/faqs
Your artwork is guaranteed to never spoil, grow mold or smell. The paintings are made with a patented process that has been scientifically tested and verified by third party laboratories for quality assurance!
There is even a 5 year warranty for that extra reassurance that you are receiving a high quality breastmilk keepsake.
You can find a copy of the test results from Symbio Laboratories here
1) I will convert the photo that I receive from you. Before printing it out I will contact you with a mock up to make sure you are happy with it before I commence with printing.
2) Once the stencil has been approved it will be printed, weeded, applied to the synthetic paper and then painted.
3) I will contact you after the painting is finished to make sure you are happy with it. I can make minimal changes if required.
4) Once you confirm you are happy with the painting I will apply the treated breastmilk if the Breastmilk Portrait Painting option has been selected.
5) I will then apply multiple layers of sealant, and once all of the layers have been added it will be left for an additional 24 hours to completely cure.
6) The painting is then ready to send. It will be gift wrapped at no extra charge and you will receive a notification email when the painting has been sent.
If you find you aren't receiving communication please check your spam/junk folder. If I have no response from you I will try to contact you on mobile if a mobile number has been provided.
This is a painting, not a digital creation. The paintings are created with alcohol inks.
There is some digital work involved in creating these artworks.
The digital component is when the photo is transformed in Photoshop into the stencil that is used to create the white space.
Here are some tips for selecting the right photos
Frame: I can extend cropped images with 'outpainting' ie tops of heads
File size: preferably high resolution as more detail will come through into the painting. I have worked with photos as small as 40kb before and the process has still worked.
File type: all
Photo features: detailed fabrics in clothing look great in a painting.
-Looking away from the camera, and looking towards the other subject (ie, mother looking at child) evokes a more loving vibe.
-Remove accessories such as pacifiers /dummies, hats, sunglasses.
Yes you can!!!
This is a wonderful thing that a few of my clients have done as keepsakes for grandparents that have never been able to see their grandchildren, that special person in your life that couldnt be in your wedding photo, or even capture a special keepsake for a dearly departed angel baby.
Wall art should take up 60%- 75% of the available wall space, i.e wall space that isn’t covered by furniture or moldings.
Start by measuring the width and height of your wall and then multiply them by both 0.60 and 0.75.
This will give you the range of canvas print sizes that will suit the space.
For example: If you have a blank wall that is 9 feet tall and 5 feet wide, you would multiply both 9 and 5 by 0.6 and 0.75.
The ideal height of the canvas would be between 5.4 to 6.75 and the ideal width would between 3 feet and 3.75 feet.
TIP: Placing sheets of paper on the wall where you plan to hang the painting can give you a more visual idea of the size required.
There are 4 default sizes listed on the website, however i can create different sizes to cater to your needs.
