Politique de remboursement
After completion of the painting I will send you through a photo and video of the final painting. If for some reason you are not happy with the painting I will create another painting for you at no extra charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges / non-returnable items
All purchases are final. Due to the custom nature of the work no exchange or refund will be given unless there is damage.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted on the basis of 'change of mind'.
Gift Cards are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
Refunds will only be given on damaged paintings, but only in the instance this has happened during transit to the client.
The paintings come with a 5 year warranty against fading, any discoloration, and in the case of breast milk paintings, the unlikely event of mildew growth.
The client will be entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement to the same value.
The client must ensure all care is taken to protect the painting, ie keeping out of direct sunlight. If lack of care is evident then replacement will be provided instead of the refund.
